PSC Receives High Marks on Federal Review of Coal Regulatory and Abandoned Mine Lands Program

BISMARCK, ND – The North Dakota Public Service Commission’s Coal Regulatory and Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) Program recently received results from its annual federal evaluation.
